game issue

hi ive noticed over many months that your gaming servers are getting more bogged down
let me explain i had been using your game for some time to the point upon logging in it takes way to long (i have made a pot of coffee waiting for it too connect then once the game interface opens and shows my airport im waiting an increasing amount of time alot longer than it was taking just a few months back thinking my computer was the issue ive since invested into a gaming computer built by hp and i have a t3 computer line im set for major everything still slow connection so i check other BP related games and same thing there
i have since traced the internet connection rate and found there is the cause i have great connection rate till it hits your servers goes from 8-12ms to well over 170-200ms per hop
i understand i do live on the west coast of california in the usa and you all are in germany but is there any other connection point to help this issue out ??? i really like your game and enjoy playing it greatly but the amount of time its taking just to log in and play is getting alittle much

First need to ask that have you cleaned your cache and also flash cache memomory? And size of your fleet? Bigger fleet need always more time that all data been loaded.

as you see what i am and being told is hops over 100 will bring laggy issues and that once my airport and everything gets loaded there are just a few laggy response issues is what im getting at and it just has seemed to be that the loading and some airports take longer to load then others i spoke to my son who plays another of BPs games seafight and he said it was doing the same thing with that game till he found internet lag customer support gave him a different log in point for the west coast his internet hops dropped in half after that still spotty at times but better the hops being shown are 5-10% in some cases compared to when i originally posted this thread

We can't offer you another log in o´point, because Skyrama has only one server.
We are sorry that we can't help you with this issue.
We have no info if and when a new server will be installed.
