    Good evening airport managers,
I'm sure that you are most likely here due to the issue that arised few hours ago, that causes the game to not load. So far I'm unaware of why this is the case exactly but I'm sure that it's not error on Skyrama's server-side, it's strictly an issue with the .swf (client) part of the game.

To temporary fix this issue, change your computer time to let's say "23rd of February", be careful to not put other year or other month as it can cause certificate issues and internet issues in general due to invalid certificates. This isn't issue with Skyrama client either, the issue happens on Chromium with Flash Player, Flash Browser and old firefox as well.
Edit: Do NOT do this as all of your planes will get sent to the hangar, wait for proper fix
    Official fix, do this: https://board-en.skyrama.com/threads/login-issues.13986/#post-208871

This is all I know so far, I'm gonna try to figure out more.
    Good night all,

    Thank you for your patience.

We have identified the issue and would like to briefly explain the solution. The problem is not caused by the client itself, but occurs locally on your computer.

Please follow the steps below (important: make sure the client is completely closed beforehand):

    Click on Start.

Type %LocalAppData% into the search bar and open the displayed folder.

Locate the folder named “Bigpoint GmbH” and either rename it (for example, to “Test”) or delete it.

Restart the client and log in again.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I am happy its working again.
But his is not a explonation, i am sorry. How can you say it is the fault of our computer !!!! Howmany players are online? Millions i think, so the fault is on all the players who are playing? Its a big laughing. With me its working again, but the fault is with Skyrama , not by us.
All te best, Jet-Jumbo e olandiano.

    Hey Jet-Jumbo,

Michielvde and me believe that it might have been caused by the expiration of Text Layout Framework (2.0.0.232) for Adobe Flex 4.51 .swz certificate. That explains why changing the date on your computer would temporary fix it as the certificate expiration date would be valid again. If that was the case then it is partially "fault on our computers" as Skyrama already had this Flash library updated on their end but it was cached on our machines and wouldn't obtain the updated version from skyrama .swf file, deleting/removing Bigpoint GmbH folder would regenerate the file and obtain the latest .swz files that have valid certificates.

Yeah I feel like it's bit unfair to say that it's "issue on our computers" as this should have been handled beforehand potentially by some way of auto-cache clear from the launcher? I'm unsure if that's possible, but might be a suggestion.

Don't take my word for it, this is just our educated guess, but it was most likely it. The picture below shows the updated expiration date from 25.02.2026 to 06.08.2035, I'm honestly not sure how those signatures from Adobe work, idk if they can be somehow self re-signed or if Adobe still signs them to this day.

I think that this was handled quite quickly, I honestly thought that this will take the team longer to identify and fix so this time I don't think that they did anything wrong, this was just unfortunate by-product of how outdated Flash Player really is, it was neither issue on our end or Bigpoint's end but more of an issue on Adobe's end.

Maybe a small note for Skyrama Team but I'm quite sure that they probably realized already, all of the other shared libraries expire on 31.10.2026 so hopefully they will also get extended till then if this is what caused the issue.

    Wish everyone a good evening!
