    When i'm trying to play, game didn't loaded since 1 hour and only what I see is black screen. I tried to reinstall game but it isn't worked.

    Hello Daav,

    if you open the Skyrama application, a window should pop up on the bottom. There, select "more options", then "reject all" and finally "save and quit" (or similar).

    After that, you can log in and the game should load as usual.
