Game crashing

    Hello, my friend has one problem with skyrama (version 1.6.9 on pc).
    The problem is that they have a plane unloading at hangar and everytime they try to do something with it the game crashes with Technical Error.
    They also have many planes bugged, the planes are in hangar but they can not send them away and also they can not send some planes.
    Any help???
