    Hello andrejorgesoaresfons,

    the problem was reported to the technology department, unfortunately it seems that some accounts have to struggle with the problem more than others, sometimes it changes, and you get into the game quickly, and then it takes forever.:(

    It can help to switch back to the start page under File in the top left and log in again.

    unfortunately we have nothing new in relation to the full screen mode, :( as soon as something happens to it, it will be in the OA.:)
