Friend can't connect

    My friend who lives in the Faroe Islands, has been trying to connect after I sent him an in game invite.

    He keeps getting this message.

    An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.9cc19650.1412360176.2759f77

    He's tried different browsers, cleaning temp internet folder, cache, adobe, and upgrading adobe, shockwave, java, to no avail. Running out of idea's How can he connect, I'd really like him to play with me.

    And last try he got a pink screen, saying that the game was not available in his area, but I see other players here from Denmark so that shouldn't be an issue. Well he don't live in Denmark but Faroe Islands is one of Denmark's territories. Please he wants to play.
