Flash player glitch...

My game won't log in today due to a "Get Flash Player" replacing the normal log in screen. I can't find the Chrome troubleshooting pages on this new forum.

Please help! I'm losing event currency with every hour I can't play.

Please first try clearing your browser cookies and then try deleting your Flash cookies and cache and restart your computer. Try also with another browser. If nothing will help, please report it here again, thank you.

 

Okie, I have tried deleting all the cookies, etc, and even tried logging in with FireFox instead of my normal Chrome...
Still nothing but that flash player button. :/

I've now tried uninstalling and reinstalling Google Chrome, but even that doesn't fix the glitch.

 

And between unistalling browser/flashplayer restart computer?

 

I've restarted the computer several times during this whole thing, every time I've changed something... I've even tried to go back to a restore point with no fix on it.

 

I'm sorry , now just need to ask you to wait. Been reported this problem to team and now just waiting answer for this problem.

Edit: Can you give more details when this started, what did you do before it... last mins, last hour?

 

This morning I logged in fine, played for a couple of hours, then logged out to take a break... an hour or so later, I couldn't log in again. I did nothing different to my computer between times.

This is driving me insane...
I've even tried completely uninstalling google chrome, uninstalled flash player and installed an earlier version of it instead of flashplayer 12, and STILL nothing.
Yet, every other game or application that uses FlashPlayer is fine...
PLEASE HELP with this. I'm at the end of my extensive knowledge of what to do.
I've got a lot invested in my airport and lot invested in this event, and I'm missing the last days of it cause I can't play!

Team know this problem and is trying to solve it.

If you could tell few details,that would help.

Go to address:

and then follow these 5 steps:
1. download the debugger
2. install debugger
3. run skyrama
4. if the game crashes a small window will open
5. we need a screenshot of that.

You can send that picture to support.

 

Hello, i have the same problem, i follow all the steps u have here, and i cant play, the game didnt start at all, so i can take the screenshot of the debugger when crash, i only have the little flash player button, i have windows 8.1. I already try with chrome, firefox and IE in all of three appears the same problem. Other games that need flash and browsers work well. plaese help us Thanks!!

 

No, those 5 steps won't help you to get in the game. But if you're doing all right, you should get this kind of pop up on screen what we're looking for:

And all you who got this problem, there's no way how you can get in the game. Team is trying to solve this problem asap and already prolonged event for that reason.

 

I have tried all three of the debuggers at that site, and none of them pop up a window when the login screen for skyrama comes up with just the Get Flashplayer button.
Glad it's working for someone, maybe we can get this thing solved!

Is the team making any progress on this issue? I'm having Skyrama withdrawals for nearly a week of not being able to log in to the game!

Team is still working to solve this problem. Guess they haven't got so many pop ups from those few users who are having this problem, that haven't figured out yet where the problem is

 

Seems to be a Google Chrome/Flash Player thing going on, but what I can't figure is why I get the same thing with other browsers as well, and why I can't get the debugger to work for Flash Player.
Something isn't playing nice between Flash Player and Skyrama, and I think I only have half my hair left trying to figure it out. :laughs:
I would venture a guess it's something in Skyrama's coding, otherwise I would have found the solution in Flash Player by now.

There's about 40 planes yet I want to get in this event, and unless we're up and running in the next couple of days, I won't be able to get them all by the end of the event.

Sorry to hear what happened to your hair...

Now team has build program which trying to find reason for this problem and we're asking users with this flash problem to log in the game after 15.15 cet today. You can't get in the game, you will get that flash screen again, but at same time your account sending data about that problem to server.

 

Been 10 days now since I could Log into Skyrama... is the team getting any closer to a solution?

 

Finally, the problem is fixed, but there's a few more troubles now...

I average making between 1000-1200 event cash in a day of an event. Even on the low side, that's, 10,000 event points I've missed in the ten days we've been unable to log into the game.

Also, I came back to the game with NO passengers, those having faded off and left the airport after five days of inactivity, so I'm crippled for a while getting my planes into the air again.

Which brings me to the next problem... EVERY one of my planes were back in the hangar, as if they had not been sent. During an event, I keep all my planes in the air, landing/sending them when I have the passengers to do so. I lost a whole flight's worth of experience, cargo, air coins and event cash.

Through no fault of our own, some of us were locked out of the game for ten days, while everyone else was able to take advantage of the event extension BUT the ones it was meant to benefit.

Is there something you have planned to make this up to us, perhaps?
