    Bigpoint Portal Data Change

    I. E-Mail verification:
    Just like in all other Bigpoint games, the e-mail address must be verified before the user is able to change the data. The e-mail verification is available after successfully logging in under “My Account” -> “Account Settings”
    Step 1: To start the e-mail verification process, click at the “Change account data” on the “Next” button [​IMG]
    Step 2: The e-mail verification window will appear. The default e-mail address (the e-mail address that the user registered to the account) is already shown. Put the current password in the “Current password” field then click on “Next” [​IMG]Step 3: Submit the captcha
    [​IMG]Step 4: After the captcha has been successfully submitted, a system e-mail will be sent to the submitted e-mail address. To verify the e-mail address, click on the confirmation link sent in the e-mail. II. Data change
    After the e-mail address has been successfully verified, the data change will be activated. The data change function is available after successfully logging in under “My Account” -> “Account Settings”
    Step 1: To start the data change process, click at the “Change account data” on the “Next” button [​IMG]
    Step 2: The data change window will appear: [​IMG]
    Step 3: The data change works here similar to the data change process in all Bigpoint games:
    * Change username: Submit Fields “New username” and “Current password”, then click on “Change”
    * Change password: Submit Fields “New password”; “New password (confirm)” and “Current password”, then click on “Change”​
    * Change e-mail address: Submit Fields “New e-mail Address” and “Current password” then click on “Change”

    Step 4: After clicking on the “Change” button a captcha will appear. Submit the displayed captcha.​
    Step 5: After the captcha has been successfully submitted, a system e-mail will sent to the submitted e-mail address. To finish the data change process, click on the confirmation link sent in the e-mail.
    > If you change the e-mail address, two verifying e-mails will sent. The first e-mail will go to the old e-mail address and after you’ve verified the link, a second verification e-mail will be sent to the new e-mail address. After you’ve verified the second link as well, the e-mail change process has been finished.
    III. Facebook connect
    It is possible to disconnect your Bigpoint Portal account from your Facebook account if you had them connected before. To disconnect, open the Data change window, and click on “Submit” at the “Facebook connect” part:

    After you’ve clicked on the “Submit” button, the connection between the Facebook and Portal account has been deleted. This works even if the Bigpoint portal account has been registered through the Facebook account. The notification is not really correct, because the
    user is able to get the password using the password reminder function, then it is possible to change the Account data.

    IV. Newsletter subscription
    It is possible to subscribe/unsubscribe from the Bigpoint newsletter. This function is available in the Data change window.

    * Subscribe: mark the control box, click on “Change” and submit the Captcha.
    * Unsubscribe: unmark the control box, click on “Change” and submit the Captcha.​
