    Hi, that's shows after trying install the game, idk what to do i tried everything, thank you.

    Hello Jazurr,

    please uninstall the client and check whether it has really been completely deleted.

    C:\Users\Your Name\Skyrama <-- The folder should no longer be there after uninstallation.
    If so, delete it.

    And: C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Local\Bigpoint GmbH should be deleted even after uninstallation, as it definitely remains.
    Restart the computer and reinstall.

    The client officially only supports Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.
