Confirmation of a New Account

Greetings Airport Managers,

This thread will show you how you confirm the email address on an account after a new account has been opened. Initially an account is not formally linked to an email account until the following steps have been done.

Once you have started an account on your main screen at the far right you will see the gears which are your settings. Click this and the following drp down will appear



Click change password and you will be taken to the following screen



Enter your email address and your password and click next

The Captcha code must be entered in order for the process to continue



You will have the following screen appear



Open your email account and you will receive an email from Bigpoint wit a confirmation link like the below example



Click the link within the email and you will be logged into your Skyrama account and your email address is confirmed. Once this is done you will be able to make changes to your username and password which can be done through the followig thread located >>Here<<
