    Hello, I wanted to build a large Airtrain 38, where I was missing the last piece (I invested over 1 500 000 in it) and everything was deleted and the money was not returned, can you advise me what to do about it? This doesn't seem fair to me. Thank you

    if the plane is not built in one go, it can happen that it suddenly disappears like you did.

    Please also read the FAQ Construction Hall.

    Please contact support, they will replace the lost items.
