can't buy mini-event

hello all, this heppens when I try to buy today's mini-event
I've reloaded the game 2 times, emptied my cookies, but I didn't try with IE.
Any ideas as to why ?

 

Sorry for delay... looks you've got problems with flash. Always try to empty flashmemory too and close browser. Try also another browser if that doesn't help.

 

how do you empty the flashmemory ?

 

When your game is open, klick your mouse right button and you get this kind of little window:


Choose settings.



Move arrow to left.



Klick ok. Then you can move arrow to halfway .

 

An easy google seach could've solved that but there you go.

 

Is Polarama not available in the UK or via Kongregtate?

When I try to buy anything at the moment (air cash or event packs) I get the following message:

This pack is currently not available.
It's possible that you already own this pack or it's not available in your country.

Your account information will be automatically generated and filled in for you.

I've tried increasing the memory available and clearing Flash as described above, but get the same on 2 different PCs (home & work) and across three different browsers, IE11, Firfox & Chrome.

 

I think it is you using Kongregate, try using Bigpoint.

 

It's never been an issue before, and I assume I'd have to start from scratch which I don't particularly want to do.

 

Seems to be sorted out now, thanks to whoever did it
