    I do everythink what you think it help, cookies accepted and still black screen, i try to reinstall, still black screen, i dont know what now. Btw yesterday it runs

    Hello Ramoneg,

    please reject all cookies in the Skyrama application before logging in to the game.

    If the window with the cookie settings does not open automatically after starting the Skyrama application, you can trigger it manually by clicking the "Cookie Settings" button in the bottom right corner of the application home page (before logging in).

    Then, click "reject all" and "save and quit" (or similar). Afterwards, you should be able to log in without having a black screen.

    This might help to solve the problem.
