    I have been unable to play because all get when I sing on is a black screen

    Hello wbjams,

    if you open the Skyrama application, a window should pop up on the bottom. There, select "more options", then "reject all" and finally "save and quit" (or similar).

    After that, you can log in and the game should load as usual.
