Black screen after loggin in

    Hi, Everytime i try to log into my account i get a black screen and can't do anything. Can someone help me please?

    Hello jaja78,

    if the window with the cookie settings does not open automatically after starting the Skyrama application, you can trigger it manually by clicking the "Cookie Settings" button in the bottom right corner of the application home page (before logging in).

    Then, click "reject all" and "save and quit" (or similar). Afterwards, you should be able to log in without having a black screen.
