Bigpoint portal not working

    I play Skyrama using the Bigpoint portal. It was down last night. I could still play FantasyRama because I do not play that game thru the portal. My portal account is linked to
    Facebook with NO PASSWORD. How do I get a password so that I can change my settings in my Portal accounts? I would like to go to SkyRama directly like I do FantasyRama. The SkyRama site does not recognize my user name when I try to sign in via FB, only the portal does. Help, please! EmeraldWaterleaf 12410532
