    Logged in today and found I have been banned. Why? I haven't done anything untoward so why have I been banned?

    As been informed earlier on forum, there were some problems with payment-packages on last weekend and now devs are working to fix the payment-package-bug and until then also your account is closed. Hope they can fix all soon and every user who got too many times these packages can get in the game asap :)

    Think it's unfair that my account has been frozen through a problem at Bigpoints end.
     
  4. My account also has been frozen, I BOUGHT my packages and my extra hangar slots, and I have the proof of the transactions.
    What I want to know is WHY players are being penalized for a GLITCH in the coding at BigPoint? You take away the planes I EARNED in this last event, and you will NEVER see another penny from me for ANY Bigpoint games. I'm done supporting a game that bans players for their own mistakes, and further penalizes them.
    How are we being compensated for not being able to get into our accounts now?
    It would have been enough to leave well enough alone, and let the players keep what they have.
    Now who knows what else is going to be broken in our accounts by the time the coders get done with them.

    NOT happy. :(

    There were only few of the players who got this problem. And if you saw that you got more (slots, superfuel etc) than you should, you should understand that something went wrong cos you didn't pay for these. So if you don't have money on your account to pay those slots, ofcourse need to take them away. And if all slots been filled by planes, then unfortunately need to take those planes away too. What happened was not players fault, but this is just fair for others who bought these backages and got everything as should. And we really hope that fixing these accounts wont take too much time :)
