All my planes missing

HI,

I logged in this morning and all my planes have vanished.

Also I am on the " get your first wares mission" it is telling me there is a plane on my radar, but the box that the arrow is pointing to is empty.

So I have no planes, and I cannot move forward with the game.

Help someone????

I have tried a few things. Cleared all my history etc, different browser, put all items into storage then replaced. Nothing seems to have worked. Lost about 8 planes

Needed to skip few quests/goals that your account was running right again, but you got something there as compensation And you can also find burgershop from your inventory.

 

Some progress made as I can now land the cash cow at least, but still have some issues....

- Shop, and Collections button are greyed out so I cant click them. So cant buy any new planes etc.

- Planes are still missing.

- Cant click on the hanger or flight related buttons.

Any chance someone can get this fixed for me as it is driving me CRAZY!!!!!!!!

Did you have contact the support directly? - I believe it is the fastest way to get a solution.

 

How do I do that? Do you have an email address for me?
