Aircraft upgrades bug in the workshop

Hello! I would like to report a problem that happened to me in the game and I ask for help from support or a player who knew how to solve this problem.



One of my upgraded planes was separated from the other fully upgraded planes, and on the list it only appears with two levels of enhancement (two stars) however it is fully upgraded but for some reason it appears on the list with only two stars instead of three stars like the others planes.



I've tried several times and looked for several solutions to the problem, such as exiting and relogging, putting the workshop in inventory and repositioning it again at the airport, visiting a friend's airport inactive for a long time in the game, clearing cache, reloading the page, closing the program and reopen it. I would like to know if there is any solution to this problem and if support could help me in any way.

Hello Razzar,

please contact support, they can replace the overtuned aircraft.

This problem occurs more often than not, mostly when tuning planes on know how days.

Since we can't do anything else for you in the forum and the support is responsible for this, I'll close this thread again.
