    Hey! It has been bugging me that Indonesia and Papua New Guinea appear on the world map, but not in Asia or Australia. It's quite annoying that the fourth most populated country is not on the map. What do people from Indonesia do when they can't select their own country? Do they select Malaysia? The Phillipines? Brunei even? Why leave out such a big country like that!

    Come on moderators - give a good reason why the 4th most populous nation is not included in the game!?
