40% faster handling

    When you setup your loading bays in such a way that handling will go 40% faster, the number goes from white to red. Is that to indicate that 40% is the maximum or to indicate that you are above a limit and faster handling will no longer happen, until it goes below 40% again?

    Yes. The maximum is 40% faster and no matter how many other things you place it will not go higher than 40%. The number is red as it indicates it can't get higher, it's not like it isn't working
