skyrama freezes and stops working

I have a new computer and on this new computer skyrama is not working.

Old computer:
Lenovo ideapad 3
AMD Ryzen 5 5500U
16 GB RAM
Radeon grafics
Windows 11 home 25H2 64 bit

New computer:
Lenovo ideapad 5
AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS
16GB RAM
Radeon grafics
Windows 11 home 25H2 64 bit

What i have tried to do so far:
1- Uninstall launcher,
2- deleted all files (c:\user\myname\appdata\local\bigpoint
3- deleted c:\user\myname\skyrama
4- deleted all cookies
5- updated computer, chrome and updated grafic card
6- reinstalled laucher

But it doesnt work. i can log in and it works for a minute or so, then freezes and dissapears.

 

Hello martijnvo,

the problem might be with your AMD graphics card. We've already had several reported issues after the driver update.
Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it.

this is an unrelated issue to the original topic but to resolve the white screen, do what this official post says: https://board-en.skyrama.com/threads/login-issues.13986/#post-208871

Win + R -> %localappdata% and rename the "Bigpoint GmbH" folder to whatever, for example "Test", then start the game again.
