Hi, what browser are you running the game on? I'm using Puffin and it keeps saying technical error. Thanks fIor the advice.

 

I used AWANT and SkyRama-64-Win. Equally bad.

 

there is a special browser "flash browser ", but you can use the original one from the game

 

I use Chrome and sometimes a technical error pop up, but rarely.

You download Chrome, then Skyrama. And that's it. No IT specialist needed here.
Maybe you have a weak computer?!
I'm not a computer expert.

 

Personally i don't have problems with the game on Puffin (on my phone at least), it runs just fine. It might be an account issue? Not sure.

Then you're not actually running it on Chrome, you're running it on the Skyrama client on your pc which can be downloaded with any browser . But yes, that's the only official way to play so i'd recommend trying that to see if the issue is with Puffin or not

 

It works for me and that's the most important thing, and what it is, I'm not interested in.

 

I play on an android phone. The account is in order according to the formations from support.

On Puffin, after starting the game, it runs for 30 seconds and then crashes - reports a technical error. It was working normally before. I don't know what to do with it.

As far as i know the only browser on android that supports Flash is Puffin
Wish i could help but i've no idea why it could crash either i'm afraid

If you have access to a computer you could try to login on there to see if the issue is only on Puffin or not.

Or maybe try creating a new account (as soon as Bigpoint fixes account creation, because it broke during last update ) and see if that works

Tell me honey, there are posts under posts on the forum everywhere because not many people are active on the forum. Are your rules needed? Of course NOT.
Why are you ruining the game? People have written a lot, appreciate it because the forum is finally alive!

ps. Sorry, I'm used to the Polish forum, where there were penalties and red text and account blocking.

 

So, unfortunately, it is still not possible to fix a technical error in Puffin. I still tried the instructions to reset the browser, but it didn't help.

as you know, all countries except Germany are now grouped together in this forum.

Duplicate posts should generally not be created, that's what the edit function is for, if only to make the areas clearer for everyone.

At least in the English area, you should stick to this, even if one or the other doesn't like it. That's why posts are grouped together, and the edit function is pointed out.

We were also informed that the problem with the new registration was resolved.
