the game is slow as thick shit

The game is as SLOW as the SUPPORT, I quit because we only get happy houres so the support only has to grab,
then there is no investment at all in good IT people, they just let us find out, and if a player comes up with a suggestion, it is immediately covered up, but the player does not have to look for a solution, the support is appointed for that, I'm going to find out if I can reach the management, oh yes it is of course about the fact that the game cannot be played in greater volume. Otherwise the SUPPORT is going to ask me what it's about, grrr


It also makes no sense to write to Support because they don't do anything with it anyway

I wordl like a clear auswer to the following:
Will there be a new event and if so when?
Why it's worth staying here, because if not, I'll switch to Train Station until the
game is renewed.

Thoungh I really like this game, I spent a lot on it, but so it's very boring , there are hardly ani active players.
