    I've contacted BigPoint support for 5 TIMES, and NO ONE CAN HELP ME!
    I don't know what's the BIGEST bigpoint's problem to solve a simple issue (clear my credit card payment data and personal data from Skyrama)

    My bank sent to me the bank statement of tries to bought in skyrama, all of them has been registered using the OLD Credit Card, BUT i'm putting the NEW credit card data.

    "Delete" personal payment option doesn't work, if it works I could bought.

    I am a Skyrama's and BigPoint's customer, i want to bought aircash, I wanna play because I like the game, but this is embarrassing, compelling, 5 TIMES and no one knows how to help me.. is the BigPoint team made up of Childrens? I'm sorry for say that but, are there any competent person who can solve my problem? :/

    Can someone of Skyrama's group contact the support to try to solve that?

    My bank sent to me my bank statement and it shows to me all my tried to bought in Skyrama, all of them has been registered with the old credit card data, but I've insert the new data. Do u understand?

    Don't say to me, "I can't help you, contact the support". I already did that ;)
    I intend to stop playing if I am no longer able to make my in-game purchases.

    I can't solve this issue myself (since my scope of possibilities is limited to the forum) but I have contacted someone who might have an idea how to deal with this.

    I think Skyrama or Bigpoint may have to enter the whole credit card number each time a purchase is made .It sounds very similar to a problem I have had with the medication deliveries I receive monthly. They contact me monthly saying prob with credit card . but bank says credit is there. It seems software that some companies have is not compatible when a new number is inserted. So maybe skyrama personel could insert the whole number each time a purchase is required Hope this is helpful
