game keeps crashing

my airport keeps crashing, then a BP message comes up telling me to reload, also I have passengers taken from me, and not just a few, I had over 50000 go at one point, can I get someone to look at my game please.

 

Have you clean your caches? One reason that game crashes and passengers are gone / same planes on airport or on your radar is that you have lost your connection to server and data hasn't been saved there. Please also check your connection that it's working well.

 

I done all that, Iv even done disc cleanup, just in case it was my computer. but nothing has changed, some of my friends have missions, iv not had one for over a month. please help

 

What i can see is that you've got quite big fleet. So before you start to play wait that all data been loaded. Be sure that your connection is good, wireless connection isn't always the best. And what comes to your goals, you've done all main goals and story goals and you can only have daily goals at the moment.

 

ok thanx for looking into it for me. hub has been looked at by virgin, and it is all good with no connection problems, kids games are fine, must be my fleet then. ?

 

right, iv tried doing what you told me to do, but my game still keeps crashing, can you sort this out with B,P for me please.

 

Have you tested your connection? As i told you, short cuts on connection causing problems for what we can't do nothing. Also check that you have nowhere those decos which giving more than -35% for servicingtime, that causing chrashing as well.

 

so if they know this is a problem can they not sort it out. ?

 

I'm sure they are trying to solve many problems and always it's just not so easy.

 

I kept having this problem with crashing in Chrome 'til I noticed I had ad block plus turned on.
Once I turned it off, I had no more crashes/problems. Hope it helps. Cheers

hi again, I have just spoke to one of my friends who has just asked me to send 50 helicopters, I asked if they had a mission, they said yes, iv not had one since last year. can you help look into this please. x

 

No, there's no new maingoals and as i told you, you have done all.

All players haven't finished all, not even me, cos usually playing with users who're not from those countries what needed in goals, so there might be the reason why your friend still doing goals.

Depending on what lvl you are, you will find that you won't have any goals to do. but when you get to another higher lvl you will start having more missions to do.

What missions you're talking about? There's no other goals/missions than maingoals, storygoals and daily goals in game and if I can check and tell to user that he has done all what is available than dailyones, please tell what do you mean

Both Dailies & Story goals have been stopped in some of the 20's & 30's LvL's, this was when Skyrama was still a newbie game. It may have been a bug that was fixed, but I had to play 2 LvL's just to get Dailies & Story line goals.
Of course you might still be new here to understand what we Beta players went through just to get the game up today's standards that everyone is playing.
