New Forum, hits and 'disses (misses)

Okay, let me start by saying I applaud the overworked underpaid forum moderators in their effort to usher in a new forum. With the intent to drumming up some constructive communication I am listing my likes and not-likes.

Better look
The new forum, for want of a more elegant way of phrasing it, just looks cleaner. The brighter colors certainly are easier on the eyes and the hierarchical structure is easier to navigate.

Bring us more content
It appears like a lot of sections have been created, that remain unpopulated (including this category). That may be up to us, the players, to find our voice. But even the categories that should be well thread (i.e., ANNOUNCEMENTS) are under-trafficked.

Okay, that's my 1 minute critique. I welcome more.

First of all you havent given many options into your poll.
Like for example that this is the worst forum ever and needs change.

What do you mean by cleaner i wonder.
This forum is a mess.
You cant find the info you are looking for.
Many sections are still closed for posting.
Thats a couple of reason many of the players, dont visit the forum any more.

And i left for the end your first comment.
And here is where you have missed completely the whole point.
You mentioned about unpaid forum moderators, while you should have mentioned
the company instead and the poor at least representation of them in the game !!!

can someone help me please, I have tried to find a moderator in technical issues but had no luck, it keeps telling me the thread is closed to reply,s . how am I meant to get help. ?

 

Ouch!. Sorry to hear that, emylou. Here's a suggestion:
posting your query in an active thread that has some moderator traffic (ie. Who's Who, the team-Corvus). The moderator (who I would assume to be monitoring their own threads) should be able to steer you in the right direction or troubleshoot the issue).

iv wrote on the technical page, but had nothing back, iv even spent real money, a lot ov real money, but im getting no where fast, thanx anyway. x

I keep getting a message come up saying reload, its still connected to the internet, but it does this every 15 to 20 mins, iv also lost passengers, it was fine until I took my bank details off the account, then nothing but problems, I hope you can help

 

Do you have wireless connection? That sounds like you're loosing connection for awhile and data doesn't save to server and that's why came crashing. You need to reload and you loose all what you did cos no connection to server, no saved data.
