Support Need help, white screen after doing the fixes

Hi!

I have done all the steps to make the white screen go away, but still can not play.

-Uninstalled and reinstalled the game completely
-Renamed the folder manually
-Ran the script to do it
-Cleared the cache in the settings menu

Somehow my game is still a white screen after logging in. I have tried 4 different flash emulators, sadly none works for browser play.

PC specs (if it even matters):
-Ryzen 7 3700X
-64Gb DDR4 3200Mhz
-RTX 3090
-Windows 11

 

search "%localappdata%",try deleting the file "Bigpoint GmbH", and try entering the game again.

 

I did. I works on my 2nd computer, on my main one I deleted every file, folder that has anything to do with the game, but still white screen. On my second PC I just renamed it to "pizza" and it works fine.

I already answered you here. Unfortunately, if you delete the client, that specific folder remains on the system, and the game still won't run.

It has to be fixed manually, either by renaming/deleting the folder or by using the fix script. In both cases, the client must be closed!

If deleting that Bigpoint GmbH folder doesn't work, maybe it could have to do with certain settings (an antivirus for example) that blocks something? The game needs to redownload those deleted files and if that download gets blocked, it'd cause a white screen.

I agree with isst to test on a different flash-supported browser (personally using the one that you can google as "flash browser radubirsan"). If it doesn't work there either you know it's not an issue with the Skyrama client, if it does I guess that could be a temporary solution to be able to play

 

Hi! I have fixed it, to add to the possible fixes, turn on hardware acceleration for your browser. I turned it off long ago, it used to work fine. Now turned it back on and the white screen is gone.
