Bug Skyrama freezes and crashes

Hi, I know that this is duplicate thread, but also for me Skyrama just randomly freezes and crashes. I have followed the steps from another thread and it still persists. I do have my pc in up-to-date state... It is highly annoying to open the game multiple times per few minutes just to serve my planes. Is there anything more to do?

I have tried to:
- uninstall and remove everything (still for some reason it has stored somewhere the config and when I install the game, it has remembered everything)
- enabled/disabled animations (does not seem to have any effect)
- turn off all the other apps like discord, steam, spotify, anything

And that's it, there's not much I can do here, but on my notebook, it's not crashing, rather it is working slowly, seems like latency problem... (that has not been there since the mid of the previous event) Also for my desktop pc the problems arose at around middle of the previous event. (and for the latency, no, I do have a stable internet connection and there should not be a problem)

Some observations:
- I had benchmark on and when the game crashed, there was no spike in GPU or CPU usage
- It seems like, the more planes are on the screen, the higher the chance the game crashes. Tho it is not a rule, because it crashed a few times even after I logged into the game, or even while loading inside the game...
- sometimes I knew, that the game will crash, because the actions were slower: when I clicked on a plane, it executed the click in 1-2 seconds, not immediately. Sometimes I just had the game open and was waiting for my planes to be served and it just crashed out of nowhere, without any interaction

I would not like to abandon this game due to this problems. I was tolerating it for some time, but my patience has ran out, so I am looking for some info here

the problem could be related to your graphics card; please check for an update.

Your account is running without issues, as the support team told me, but they would recommend turning off the animation because it requires a lot of additional performance.

Uninstall the client:

Here's how to do this, for example, in my case:

C:\Users\Your Name\Skyrama <-- The folder should no longer be there after uninstallation; if it is, please delete it.

And

C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Local\Bigpoint GmbH <-- You should also delete this after uninstallation, as it will definitely remain.

Hi, as I said, I have already tried that. I've re-installed it a couple of times, restarted my computer, nothing works. I have played both with animations on and off, no difference, it still crashes.
I even created myself a new account, played for a few hours and not a single crash, so it seems to be something with my account...

I have my GPU and CPU on latest version, so it's not a problem of drivers too
