Lost progress

Two hours servicing planes, with a tortoise kind of game speed, over 200 000 points gathered, and what for? All lost. All gone. And it's not even the first time this happens. It reminds me why, years ago I stopped playing Skyrama! Got back a few months, thinking the game would have improved only to find out that it's still the same, if not worst. I honestly expect this problem to be solved!

your cache has been cleared.

There are currently no known problems with the game.

As I wrote to you before, it is important that the system plane (Coincorde) appears regularly. Because only then will the score be transferred to the server and saved, if it doesn't come, you may have lost contact with the server.

We recommend using a secure wired connection. It is important to update the game regularly.

It's not always easy to keep track of the system plane when one's servicing so many planes. But thanks for the quick reply anyway.
