Support Can't get on

I log in and then just get a blank screen - started yesterday and still happening today. Any ideas., Thanks carolldeanrn2

sorry that you have problems log in to the game. Due the the domain change from http to https, there are some problems for some players.

Not knowing your exact problem, I just can recommend to proceed with the first aid (as shown in the Descriptions of the Game FAQ) or have a look on the Tech Announcements regarding the domain change.

Also it is possible, that your browser needs again your approval of using the flash-player (by approving after clicking on flashplayer-item).

But as mentioned before. Without knowing your exact problem, I just can guess.

In case of further unsuccessful trials, you should contact the support with exact description of your problem.

I did all the recommended steps, but still only get a white page after the sign in page. The flash plug in is working for other games. I'll keep trying
