FAQ Insults in a Flyby

    Greetings Airport Managers,

    Unfortunately, there are always times users who do not know the word decency. So it can happen from time to time, that other players think you have to insult by FlyBy SMS to you.

    Such a behavior we do not tolerate at all. However, we have little chance of action here. It is therefore necessary that if you get messages with offensive content, a screenshot needs to be created.

    Please ensure the entire contents of the message from the player are visible on the screen. Also, the name of the sender needs to be shown on the screenshot as well. Once the screenshot is created, it must be sent to the support. The supporters will then take the appropriate action. That is, they will check the case. Depending on the content of the message it will come in the form of a warning to expulsion from the game.

    Update: Customer Care Team(Support) are able to check messages sent by Flybys. However, in order to do so, we need the user ID or username of the person who sent that flyby.
